Whilst First Step Counselling does not Bulk Bill or provide Medicare rebates, our counselling services are priced competitively on the out of pocket costs for Medicare rebates.

Our fees start at $120 for a 60-minute individual consultation.

​

At First Step Counselling & Wellbeing, we do not charge NDIS participants a higher rate. NDIS participants will be charged the same rate as a regular client and below the NDIS max rate. 

 

Our fees vary for the length of the session and method of counselling.

Payments can be made through PayPal or Direct Debit.

*Please note, your counselling session will not be confirmed until the counselling fee has been paid and cleared. A confirmation text will be sent once the appointment is confirmed.

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment the full fee is still charged. In some cases, special circumstances are considered to waver the cancellation fee.
