Counselling Modalities:

I believe counselling should be personalised to the person seeking therapy. No two situations are the same so why use one modality for all? I have experience with the following approaches to counselling:

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Strength Based Counselling

  • Solution Focused Counselling
