Counselling Modalities:
Counselling should be as unique as the person seeking it. No two stories are the same, so therapy shouldn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I work pluralistically and collaboratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to find what best supports each person and their circumstances. I have experience working with the following approaches:

-
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Strength Based Counselling
-
Solution Focused Counselling
Accreditations and memberships:
-
Bachelor of Counselling (University of the Sunshine Coast)
-
Australian Counselling Association registration (Level 2)
-
NDIS Registered Positive Behavioural Support Practitioner
-
NDIS workers screening
